A installed copy of can be translated and converted into another language with a Office 2010 language pack. Thank you sooo much for publishing this excellent site. You can not imagine, how valable that this was! Not to get it only for free, but to avoid all the other stuff when going to microsoft to buy it – you need to open account, you need to give credti card information – then if you are living in Europe but you are now in US, your credit card does not match with the US address but the website will not accept the address outside US.
I am telling you – such a relieve to get this little thing done quickly and fast! Again; Thank you very much! Cheers Juan •. I really don’t feel I owe anything toMmicrosoft for the German Language Pack that I’m downloading from this site.I am tired of sending money to Microsoft to update the languages I work with every time they come out with a new version of Office.
I had to purchase the Proofing Tools for Office 2003, an add-on that should have been made part of MS Office. Then, for Office 2007 MS forced me to purchase the new Multi-Language Pack because the previous program wan’t compatible. The Multi-Language Pack came with Proofing Tools for 37 languages, which I believe most people don’t need (I’ve worked only with 6 languages), but that’s how MS rips users. Now, for Office 2010, MS discovered that it could bleed its customers of even more money and wants us to buy each language pack individually.
I wonder what they are going to come up next, so I am grateful for this site and wish them success. Thank you, gentlemen.
Hi all and MDL team, I would like to share my experience with the Language Pack. Accoding my opinion the Language packs should be for free included at the price of MS Office 2010 license. But Microsoft, as american so our czech one, answered for my emails that the Language Pack is needed to be purchase for each computer. I do not agree with this statement as they was not able to proove me their statements. My arguments were: ____________________ The EULA (End user licence agreement) for MS Office 2010 and its paragraph says: 3g) “The language packs and LIPs are a part of the software and may not be used separately. ” “If you acquire a language pack or LIP, you may use the additional languages included in the language pack or LIP” 2d) Separation of Components.
The components of the software are licensed as a single unit. You may not separate the components and install them on different devices.
________________________ Than, why I should pay for Language Pack when there are part of the software I purchased? And the “acquire” way is not specified, so I can download, there is no statement I should licence or buy? The components of the Office Home and Business 2010 are licensed as a single unit, so why I should license another unit eg. Language Pack?
I payed for single unit and it was Office 2010 Home and Business. Regarding software, what you pay is the licence for use, nothhing else. But even so, Microsoft is forsing customers to pay for the language packs Can you write meDid I missunderstood what is written in the Microsoft EULA? EULA is the bible for the MS Office 2010. Maa Tv Seethakoka Chiluka Serial. Thanks Otto •. (Sry if this a double post, I've included a link to NortonSafeWeb in my last post and I can't see the comment any more) I've downloaded the Danish language pack (64-bit) and it worked out just fine. Checked this site with NortonSafeWeb and it claims this site as safe – and I didn't have any problems what so ever.
Thumbs up from here, thx for the download. @Unknown: Are You sure You downloaded the correct bit-version of the Danish language pack? If so, maybe You have the beta-version of Office? That might be the reason for it not working. Also, You write that it automatically unpacks, did You just click 'open file'? Try selecting 'Save file' instead and then open manually (btw, my file wasn't zipped). Best of luck •.
I bought two packs (Italian and Portuguese) from Microsoft's official site some days ago and they did not work. They said to me that the packs were only for 32bit products and there were no 64bit language packs. So I had to ask them to refund my money. Then I found your page while searching for an alternative solution and to my surprise you had both files available, 32bit and 64bit. I downloaded the 64bit ones and they work great! I don't really understand a shit. Then they want us to go legal and pay for the software.
For God’s sake! If I only get problems and a lack of solutions anytime I buy a piece of software! Thanks a lot to you, whoever you are, the people behind the “My Digital Life” site.
