The movie starts with Willy “El Casper” being a member of Mara Salvatrucha gang. Willy brought in his boy to be initiated, and was name Smiley after the initiation. A girl named Martha Marlen is romantically involved with Willy. However, Willy was being cautious, thus he kept their relationship secret from the gang. One gang gathering, Martha followed Casper and was discovered. The gang leader named Lil Mago escorted Martha out. However, Lil Mago attempted to rape Martha but kills her accidentally.

He simply told Willy that he will find another woman. Afterwards, Mago brings Smiley and Casper to a location where a train passes with illegal immigrants stowed in one of its carriages. The three robbed the passengers, until Mago found a nice looking girl and attempted to rape her. Casper intervened this time and killed Lil Mago. He sends Smiley off after that. Smiley travels back to the gang and tells them about Mago’s death.

The two of them finally arrived at the border of the United States. A transporter agrees to take them across the border one at a time for a fee. The last scene was about Smiley, and tattooing his lips as a sign of loyalty to the gang. After which, the credits were rolled.
