Just connect my your 350i to your computer using the USB cable. On your phone select 'file transfer'. Now, go to 'My computer' and after 30 seconds your phone should appear as a removable drive, and you can drag & drop (or copy and paste files) into the music folder therein. While in 'file transfer' mode you cannot make or receive calls or texts, so be sure to disconnect as soon as your file transfer is complete.
