He didn't tell us to include screenshots, though, but we did it anyway. There are actually a couple of different ways to make sure you've purchased and installed the DLC (depending on your platform), so we're breaking this up by method. [360, PS3, PC] In Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! City Of Birmingham Business License.
At the game's main menu, select 'Downloadable Content.' This will bring you the Downloadable Content screen, which will show all the available DLC. Each item will say whether or not you've purchased it, and when you select an item you'll be able to see whether or not it's installed. If you've purchased the content recently, it may take a few minutes for it to download and install. If you're on a PC and the content hasn't installed after waiting for a few minutes, quit out of the game and check the status of your DLC using the steps in the next section.
[PC] In Steam Once you've purchased the DLC, the content should download automatically. To verify this is the case, right-click on Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! in your Steam Library. Select 'View Downloadable Content.' This will bring up the Properties window, with the DLC tab selected. You'll be able to see what DLC you've purchased and whether or not the content has been installed. If everything's installed, then start up the game and enjoy your quality time with Handsome Jack and your fellow Vault Hunters. [PC] One Other Option If the DLC isn't installing we suggest the following workaround in Steam.
Right click Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! In your Steam Library, then select 'Delete Local Content.' NOTE: Don't worry, your save games won't be deleted! Once the files have been removed from your computer, reinstall the game. This should install the game, as well as all DLC you've purchased.
